About Ava
Bio
Ava Sargente (she/ her) is a performer from Buffalo, NY. She participates in concert dance, social dance, and film projects. Her enjoyment of the arts lead her to earn a B.S in Music Industry and B.S in Dance from the State University of New York at Fredonia. She has performed in works by Sam Kenney, Natasha McCandless, Parisha Rajbhandari and Jenna Del Monte Zavrel. Ava pushes to showcase theatrical dramatics mixed with street dance choreography to create an enriching experience for the audience .

Philosophy
Avas' philosophy is to appreciate students while they are in the classroom and to leave the space feeling inspired to
make others feel good. Her goal is to engage students not only as dancers but as active participants in their own artistic growth. She wants them to explore, question, and connect with the art form on a deeper level through both in-class activities and external resources.
